Angela Warren, Adjunct Instructor
Angela Warren grew up in Bangor Maine, surrounded by woods, music, and art.
Drawing and singing at a young age has currently influenced her to make abstract paintings and sound installations that embody tonalities of color and pitch. How is vision sensually embodied? Her research in synesthesia reveals how sight and sound intersect to form perception.
Angela received her BFA from Drake University in Des Moines Iowa, and moved back to Maine where she graduated with an MFA from Maine College of Art.
