Most internal requests will receive a communication within 2 business days indicating next steps. Requests from outside groups, or requests involving complex resource management may take longer. Requests for a room for a one time meeting should receive confirmation very quickly.
If conflict free, you will receive a google calendar confirmation for the requested space with next steps to move forward with your planning. C&E will initiate email communication with the Departments that will partner with you on your event. It will be your responsibility to communicate directly with your specific needs. If conflict is identified, you will receive an email with an explanation and an opportunity to reschedule or revisit your request with alternative solutions.
It is now your responsibility to coordinate with partnering departments, be aware of and adhere to college policies.
STEP 5. Evaluation for Special Events
Within one week of your event or you will be sent a form via email to complete. This form will ask you about your experience with the event, attendance, cost and the reservation process. This evaluation will not be sent for meetings.
