Below you will find a breakdown of each of the items required for enrolled Pre-College students to complete and who to reach out to for any questions.
Housing Form
On-campus Housing is required for all Pre-College students, even if students are coming from in-state. Please submit the Housing Form that can be found in your applicant portal. Once submitted, students will be assigned rooms based on their preferences (indicated in the form) and matched with roommates by our experienced Student Life team.
Please note that both the full payment and the housing form are necessary and must be received by June 1, 2026 to hold your place in on-campus housing.

Medical Information Form
Please submit the Medical Information Form that can be found in your applicant portal. This form is vital for us to make sure students needs are met during their stay with us. Please include all pertinent medical history and information.

Immunization Form & Records
The following immunizations are required by Maine State Law for all students living in a residence hall.
- MMR 1 and 2: You must have two shots to be considered fully vaccinated against Measles, Mumps and Rubella.
- Tetanus: You must have a Tdap or a Td booster shot administered within the past 10 years to be considered fully vaccinated against Tetanus.
Proof of vaccination must be sent to admissions@meca.edu by June 1, 2026.
Medical exemptions can be considered with proper documentation; please reach out to studentlife@meca.edu as soon as possible for approval.

Submit Photo ID
Please submit your photo to be used in creating your MECA&D Photo ID as soon as possible. Review the Photo ID Instructions and send your photo by email to cstudy@meca.edu.

Email Setup & Tuition Payment
Beginning in April, you will be sent instructions to log into your MECA&D email. Your tuition bill will be sent to your new email address and full payment is due by June 1, 2026.
