Important Deadlines

Spring 2025

Applications for Spring 2025 entry is available on Common App. An application is considered complete and ready for review when we receive all required materials.

Priority Application Deadline: November 15, 2024

Applications received after November 15, 2024 will be reviewed as space is available in the Spring class.

Fall 2025

Applications for Fall 2025 entry is available on Common App. See full application details below. An application is considered complete and ready for review when we receive all required materials.

Early Action Deadline: December 1, 2024

We encourage high school students applying as first time undergraduate students with complete portfolios to complete their applications by December 1. All application requirements need to be fulfilled, including letters of recommendation and your high school transcripts. If you complete your application by December 1, we’ll send you a decision and your scholarship award (if applicable) before the new year (or we’ll be in touch by December 10 to ask for any supplemental materials we might need in order to render a decision). This decision is non-binding. If more time is needed to work on your portfolio, we encourage your application by the February 1 deadline.

Full Tuition Scholarship Deadline: February 1, 2025

Applications received by February 1 will automatically be considered for the Full Tuition Scholarship.

Priority Application Deadline: March 1, 2025

Applications received after May 1, 2025 will be reviewed as space is available in the Fall class.

  • Financial aid and merit-based scholarships are available, and 100% of our degree-seeking students receive financial assistance in the form of federal and/or state aid, grants, and/or scholarships. If you plan to apply for need-based aid, you must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), if you have not already done so. The FAFSA can be completed online here.

  • For portfolio support, our Pre-College program (for teens ages 15–18) offers a rigorous three-week residential program designed to help high school students discover their future as an art student, develop a portfolio, earn college credit, and meet other artists of the same age.
