Enrollment & Registration
You will need to complete enrollment and registration ahead of orientation. To be a fully registered student, we will need the following documents on file:
Immunization Form
All students must be fully immunized against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Tetanus. We encourage, but do not require your COVID-19 vaccination to be up-to-date.
Emergency Contact & Graduate Housing
All students must have an emergency contact on file. This form is also used to sign up for graduate housing, so early completion is encouraged.
Tuition Payment
You will need to pay your Summer 2025 tuition and any additional fees in full, or have set up a payment plan with our Billing office.
Health Insurance
All students are required to have health insurance, which will be included on the bill.
If you have a valid health insurance plan and want to opt out of our coverage, visit Waiving your Health Insurance for instructions.
Official College Transcripts
If you are currently completing coursework to receive your bachelor degree, or have submitted unofficial transcripts during the admission process, you will need to request official college transcripts with final grades to be sent to us.
Fingerprinting
Anyone who works with children in a school setting is required by law to be fingerprinted through a process approved by the Maine Department of Education. This must be complete before the program begins.
International Students
International students will need to have obtained an F-1 Student Visa prior to program start date in order to begin orientation and classes on time.
