Important Dates for Incoming Pre-College Students - Summer 2026
Please note that the steps outlined below will begin once you have submitted your enrollment fee and that most items below are available to complete in your applicant portal.
June 1, 2026
- Housing Form due
- Medical Information Form due
- Submit your Immunization Form to admissions@meca.edu
- Review the Student Handbook
- Liability Waiver due
- Policy Agreement due
- Travel Information Form due
- Photo Release Form due
- Submit your Photo ID to cstudy@meca.edu
- Log into your new MECA&D email account to receive your tuition bill (you should have received login instructions for your email). Full payment is due by June 1.
June 4, 2026
- Pre-College Zoom Orientation from 4-5pm EDT
July 12, 2026
- Residence hall move-in from 1-3pm EDT
- Pre-College begins!
August 1, 2026
- Final show of work open to friends and family from 9-10am EDT
- Program ends & move-out from 11am-2pm EDT
