Wait & Look features the work of three Sustainable Ecosystems in Art & Design (SEAD) minors, Nora Hanlon '26, Carolyn Day '26, and Ella Irving '26.
In this exhibition, photographer Nora Hanlon, painter Carolyn Day, and graphic designer Ella Irving observe the landscapes that surround them—lush, wounded, vast, and entangled. Keenly aware of climate change, habitat loss, and waste production, they propose a connection instead. They each elaborate with the landscape habitually, allowing plants, tides, and earth to spur contemplation and creation. Their work encourages the environmentally compassionate to discover all the richness that they can glean from the world around them by deciding.
Wait & Look is open April 23 – May 8, 2026, with an exhibition opening on Thursday, April 23, from 6:30-7:00 pm.
