Join us on December 10 & 11 at the Portland Museum of Art for two evenings of short films and audio documentaries from the graduating class of the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies at MECA&D.
Stories include: first-time farmers facing their first Maine winter, puppet makers, cold-water swimmers, optimistic (!) climate scientists, basket weavers dealing with the emerald ash borer, and... giant pumpkins!
Each night features a completely different lineup of stories, all the result of an intensive and immersive semester of reporting on the untold stories of Maine and its people.
Total run time for the evening is approximately 1 hr 30 min. Tickets are free of charge.
