Lauren is a background designer currently working in the animation industry. She graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2012, and promptly moved to Los Angeles, where she spent the majority of her 10-year career employed at major studios, including Dreamworks TV, Cartoon Network, Disney TV, Nickelodeon, Titmouse, and Netflix Animation. Some of the noteworthy projects she was involved in include Cartoon Network's We Bare Bears and Netflix Animation's The Cuphead Show! While she enjoyed her time on the West Coast, the 2020 pandemic allowed her to realize her dream of moving back to New England, to a smaller city and closer to family. She continues to work for the California studios and is excited to share her experience with the talented young artists at MECA&D.
